Cataloochee Ski Area is looking for an Evening Ski Rental Shop Supervisor to oversee our rental operations and ensure guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience!

What You’ll Do:
As the Evening Ski Rental Shop Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping our rental operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
✔️ Leading the Team: Manage and motivate the evening rental shop crew to deliver excellent customer service.
✔️ Ensuring Efficiency: Oversee the fitting and distribution of ski and snowboard equipment, ensuring accuracy and speed.
✔️ Creating Positive Experiences: Interact with guests to provide guidance and resolve issues.
✔️ Maintaining Standards: Monitor equipment condition, ensure proper safety protocols, and maintain shop cleanliness.
✔️ Closing Operations: Handle end-of-shift procedures, including inventory checks and securing the shop.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Has previous supervisory or leadership experience (retail or rental experience is a plus!).
✅ Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
✅ Possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
✅ Enjoys working in a team-oriented, customer-facing environment.
✅ Can work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

A passion for skiing or snowboarding is a bonus—but not required!
