Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive maintenance on snow-grooming machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair ski lift systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a seamless and enjoyable experience for skiers and snowboarders.
  • Learn snowmaking techniques and assist in snowmaking operations to ensure excellent ski conditions throughout the season.
Qualifications:
  • Possible experience in maintenance, winter snow sports, or heavy equipment setting. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in varying weather conditions.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and excellent attention to detail, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Able to work well with others in a collaborative team environment, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Compensation: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
